Ordered a keyboard October 5. They promised shipping in a couple of days. It never showed. Multiple emails, tracking, etc. UPS claims it was lost now weeks later. Spoke with MaxiAids and they refuse to overnight another one to me, despite my urgent need. This company doesn't give a rat's *** about customer service. Buy your equipment somewhere else, this place is miserable.

Poor Quality/Horrible Customer Service/Terrible Return Policy

Received this phone after waiting four days only to have the hang up button on the phone sticking. When placing the receiver on the base, the hang up button on the base doesn't flex, therefore leaving the phone line busy. Do not order from this company, because there return policy sucks. You have to pay for the product to be returned and they will not replace defective product but rather ask you to order another one while your return is being returned. Associate was real nasty and non caring about the fact that the phone didn't work.

I'm trying to return an item, that is still in its original packing, and have never even been opened. It takes three weeks to contact customer service. When I explained that I needed to return an item, I was placed on hold for five minutes, then told I could not return it. When asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes. Was told I could not return it. She stated this was not A returnable item. I stated it was not listed as that on the walmart website. Because if it had been listed as that, I would not have purchased originally. They said yes it is. I looked again, while talking to them, and said no it is not. All the people at this place want to do is argue with you and not address your concerns. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody.they do not have a return policy That is conducive to good customer relations.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered two magnifiers of different strengths as a Christmas gift. One was fine, the other was too small to use. I tried to return one after 30 days and company would not take it back. There was nothing wrong with the item, the company could have easily taken it back. There email simply stated, past 30 day return period. They have very poor customer service, don't buy from them. Read other reviews online, not a good company to deal with. Unfortunate that they are serve people who have vision problems and need products to help them function. Do not buy anything from them.

No Issue-Satisfied Customer 6 years

I am customer for over six years and have purchased over hundreds of dollars in products. As a family we could not do without Maxiaids. Our elderly family member uses the support bars for the bathroom and living room I use the low vision magnifiers at work and at home. You sound very angry and disgruntled- to the previous person who commented. It is a shame you would use a website to slander a company that serves so many. Maybe you should have been responsible enough and returned the item on time/in a timely fashion. Again it is a shame the untruths told on the internet. Signed , A loyal Maxiaids Customer.

I ordered a product from them, paid for two day shipping. Later received an email from them indicating that the shipping cost was wrong and was going to cost an additional $10.00 and then received my package on day three. I didn't pay for 3 day shipping, I originally paid for two day. They raised the cost of shipping and then refused to issue any refunds, or compensate for the inconvenience in anyway. This is their unprofessional response that I received from them; "We do not ship on Sundays, and it clearly states on our site that it can take one-two days to process an order. You ordered on our website , not Amazon." Would you do business with them?

According to what you say their website says, you should have known that your item might not ship until Monday or Tuesday and THEN you count the two days of shipping from when it actually gets to the shipper. It doesn't mean that if you order it on Sunday when they are closed that somehow your item will magically appear on your doorstep in two days from when you ordered it.
